Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and is able to work independently while maintaining organization.
Skills and knowledge related to dentistry or dental assisting are required for this position, in addition to a professional appearance and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentist in the preparation, cleaning, and restoration of teeth.
Assist the dentist in positioning patients comfortably and properly.
Help patients feel relaxed and secure.
Prepare instrument trays for a dentist.
Manage patient anxiety and prevent complications.
Make referrals to other health professionals when necessary.
